I’ve known Todd for years so it was a no brainer to call Todd when I wanted to sell my house. I’d already heard what a great agent he was so win-win. I wanted a 5 in front of my sale price. Todd came over and said he’d list it for a number I’d never thought I’d get. It went on the market and it was in contract in under 30 hours. The offer was almost $20k over asking!!! Selling a house is stressful. I bugged Todd day and night with texts, emails and calls and he answered every time! Always kept me updated. He’s professional, thorough and on top of everything that popped up. If you wanna buy and sell a house you can get any agent. But if you want an agent that is there for you from day one to closing Todd Kimpton is your man.
