Paul is a great realtor! He is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! He had excellent tips for getting my house ready to sell. He brought in stagers to help reimagine the space for ideal appeal. He personally helped me repair a broken railing on my back porch - he even shopped for the spindles and cut the wood! He also finished touch-up painting of a few baseboards when I had to leave for a last-minute trip just before going on the market. I was blown away by these extra efforts - he went above and beyond by far! He added online marketing to traditional avenues, and held lots of open houses. He was patient and reassuring all along the way, and communicated well throughout. I always felt like I was in great hands with Paul. I highly recommend him to anyone who’s selling their home and wants a true professional to lead the way.
