I had already hired a real estate agent on the recommendation of a friend. The house sat for 6 months without a single interest. I fired her and hired Mercedes and within 2 months I had many interest ended with a 3 person bidding on my home! I am super glad I went with her and didn't listen to the other agent who said my home was over priced . Mercedes explained all docs to be signed as I am super busy myself and didn't alway have time to read. Some legal documents arent easy to understand.

Juan was the best realtor that we have ever had! He went above and beyond. This is our fourth home purchase and he was not only extremely knowledgeable but exceptionally patient with us as we had several obstacles, no fault of his.
