Linda was an absolute joy to work with. As a first time homebuyer she took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure that any questions I had were answered. I met with Juan at my house to list my house for sale, he was very informative of the current real estate market, he asked me the right questions to be able to understand my situation and explained different solutions to have a smooth transition from selling my house and moving out of state. We ended up listing my house with a contingency in place to find a replacement property and escrow to close concurrently. He SOLD my house for more than listing price very quickly, he negotiated the house to be sold "as is" with no repairs, he negotiated for me to stay in the house after closing escrow for 7 days and always kept in communication with my agent out of state to coordinate both closings. At first we just wanted to see properties and 2 realtors passed on us. On our 3rd attempt to look at a house Juan answered right away and he showed up within a few minutes knowing we just wanted to see the property. He was polite, tentative, knowledgeable of the area, and best of all friendly. We kept seeing houses every other weekend and he didn't push us on any one property. Instead he told us to take our time as he was there to help us. We finally decided on a home after a while and he and his wife were wonderful! We highly recommend Juan Rivera!
