She gave me an honest evaluation what I had to do to get the house ready for sale. I did the necessary repairs and a few upgrades. And she was honest about the evaluation afterwards. She put me on several sites so the house did get notice for quite a bit. She’s very knowledgeable in kind of forecasting which buyer would be the one that would actually pull the pin on the home.
