Excellent communicator and consistent
I can’t recommend my real estate agent highly enough. He did an outstanding job helping us purchase our new home and was with us every step of the process. Whenever I had doubts or felt uncertain, he took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure we felt confident moving forward. What stood out the most was that he always looked out for our best interests and never made us feel pressured. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. betrayal and threats
Incomplete research on my property encumbrances. Did not act as a fiduciary on my behalf. Fabrication on responses from Buyer. Continual legal threats about time needed to resolve a lien. Would not recommend.
