Jerrold was recommended to us through Veterans United. As soon as he was assigned he called to talk to both me and my wife. We shared a little of our backgrounds with each other and were able to establish an immediate rapport. Jerrold then proceeded to send us links to house listings in order to narrow down the style and location of houses we were interested in. Once we were finally able to physically travel and look at houses, Jerrold was ready. We ended up finding the house we wanted within a few days time, thanks to Jerrold’s planning. I think what we liked the most was that Jerrold demonstrated just the right balance between maintaining communication with us, without being too pushy. Jerrold also made us feel like priority clients when we traveled to look at homes in-person. He was patient and knowledgeable and asked all of the right questions to the agents who showed the houses we toured. He gave us candid feedback on each house we looked at, which helped us narrow down our choices. In the end, we bought a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood, and we bought it for $40K less than the asking price. From start to finish this was the easiest large purchase experience of my life. The market knowledge of Jerrold and Veronica is unmatched. They were engaging the entire time, responsive, and overall caring. They were in lockstep with my wife and I during the entire process. We got exactly what we asked for regarding home selections, price range, and closing speed. The Haskin duo, helped us to navigate the purchase, negotiation, and the search in the beginning. It was refreshing to find that my concerns were their concerns and they were with us even after the sale. Post sale, they check in on us, ask if we need help with anything and they make sure we are settling well. The professional nature with a family friendly touch was fantastic! I must say that the understanding of our military background really helped because they understood the nature of moving many times and the importance of finally settling somewhere. Jerrold was a fantastic realtor who did an excellent job helping me find my family and I the perfect home! Jerrold patiently viewed over 40 homes with my wife and I over the course of several months in the San Antonio area. He answered all of our questions and was always available to do a tour of houses at a moments notice. My family and I have lived in our home for well over a year now and it has exceeded our expectations in every way! The neighborhood is perfect and the house is even more perfect for our needs. As a Father of a beautiful family with a stay at home wife, I always try to find additional sources of income to better support my family. The house that Jerrold assisted us in viewing has turned out to be more than a perfect home - it is also a money producing home! With the house having had an additional suite constructed in place of the where the garage originally was, I have been able to rent this suite out as a BNB and it has been very successful since it has covered the majority of my monthly mortgage. Though it was a long process looking at all of the houses we were interested in, we are very thankful to have had Jerrold as our realtor for our first home buying experience.
