Karen knows the area for sure and she was willing to drive us all over. We gave her a general location from west to east and she showed it to us and everything in between. We met online :) As we were trying to purchase a home from Hawaii and then we met in person when we showed up on day one. She had numerous homes lined up based on our initial wants. She quickly learned what we liked and didn't like and changed the game plan for the next couple of days. In the end we went with a new build and our time was short. Karen is such a great agent and she acted on our behalf on much of the coordination and inspections etc as we moved through the closing events. She took a lot off our plate and eased a lot of stress. Such a genuine, friendly person with a great sense of humor. Made our first week in Florida enjoyable AND, we bought a house thanks to her tremendous help and efforts. Definitely recommend!!!
