Buying our forever home long-distance was insanity! However, Lisa Buchman routinely eased our nerves by tackling every obstacle that we threw at her. Throughout this entire process, Lisa was an absolute rockstar!! We've served at Shoreline with the Buchmans in the past, and I've helped her with multiple community events in the FWB/Destin area. So, asking her to help us find a house was a no-brainer as she's practically family. She always made time for our numerous and sometimes frantic phone calls and went way out of her way to ease our concerns. Purchasing a home from over 1,500 miles away is crazy, but the Bucman team of Lisa and Marty walked through over a dozen houses and ensured we got exactly what we wanted. She even provided advice to us in the process of selling our Utah home. Michael went above and beyond all the way through the Florida home purchasing process, to include assisting with answers on our Ohio home sale. Michael worked closely with the Home Inspection team, from ensuring repairs had been completed, to getting us quotes for other repairs, along with a follow-up at every turn. He also worked hand-in-hand with the title company, showing up in person every step of the way.
