I can not say enough good things about Michael E. Kocher. Michael went above and beyond all the way through the Florida home purchasing process, to include assisting with answers on our Ohio home sale. Michael worked closely with the Home Inspection team, from ensuring repairs had been completed, to getting us quotes for other repairs, along with a follow-up at every turn. He also worked hand-in-hand with the title company, showing up in person every step of the way. Michael also followed up after the final closure paperwork was signed to make sure there weren't any loose ends hanging.
