Eric, looks after your interest and what is best for you. When our house didn't sell as fast as we expected, Eric pointed out not only the average selling times involved, but encouraged us not to lower our price, just yet. He was right! We sold if a few days later. He worked well with the escrow and other realtor's. He was on top of Covid-19 issues and laws and reminded us, other realtor's, and inspectors of personal safety steps to take throughout the sale. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Mike Briones. We were first-time homebuyers with no knowledge at all about how to find the right place for us.
