Getting a foreclosed home is like winning a lottery. We were first time home buyers. We saw few houses with Patricia and the one we finalized turned out to be the foreclosure. Patricia has calculated some numbers and we placed an offer with her guidance. I don’t know how she comes up with the strategy but she gets you what you are looking for. I just followed her guidance since I was the first time buyer. There are tons of realtor in this industry having more or less the same knowledge.
