My husband and I moved to Florida last year and started searching for a new house. Thanks, to my new work place for connecting me with Anna for the real estate tour for new faculty. During the year a lot of things happened - we were renting and exploring the area. One day we even moved to the search in the Daytona Beach area. Anna was with us -helping to find an agent there. She was very patient and understanding of our needs. We sent so many questions - each time we searched for the houses. We looked for new construction close to the campus and the airport. Anna always updated us on new options, and we did have access to the system. This is where we saw this new house that was posted on that first day. We immediately asked Anna and we are owners of a new house in the heart of the city. Thanks, Anna, for very careful guidance with all the deadlines, no pressure to decide. We went with Anna to purchase our home and then a few years later to sell it. Both experiences were wonderful. When we purchased our home, she was receptive to our wants and needs and once we found our home she worked hard (even when she was away for the weekend) to ensure that closing was expedient. When it was time to list our home a few years later it was a no brainer to go with her again. We were not disappointed. We were impressed by how smooth she made the whole process. She was very knowledgeable about listings in the area and helped us set a price that was desirable but also realistic. Our home sold after the first showing and it was no doubt in large part to Anna’s input regarding listing price , beautiful professional pictures of our home, and charming listing description. In addition to her knowledge and skills in real estate, she is also warm, inviting, and keeps in contact even after the purchase and/or sale of your home. Laila worked with me on helping my mom to purchase a home. My mom is elderly and needed extra help in understanding the process. Laila was so committed to helping us find the right home, and she did! Anna helped identify any possible matches for houses in my area and facilitated showings. When we finally found “the one” it was from a very uncooperative seller/agent. Anna worked with them for repairs/changes and additional contract requirements while still keeping the the house within my price range and even managing to close early.
