We went with Anna to purchase our home and then a few years later to sell it. Both experiences were wonderful. When we purchased our home, she was receptive to our wants and needs and once we found our home she worked hard (even when she was away for the weekend) to ensure that closing was expedient. When it was time to list our home a few years later it was a no brainer to go with her again. We were not disappointed. We were impressed by how smooth she made the whole process. She was very knowledgeable about listings in the area and helped us set a price that was desirable but also realistic. Our home sold after the first showing and it was no doubt in large part to Anna’s input regarding listing price , beautiful professional pictures of our home, and charming listing description. In addition to her knowledge and skills in real estate, she is also warm, inviting, and keeps in contact even after the purchase and/or sale of your home. If you’re looking for a real estate agent that feels more like a friend, definitely go with her! You won’t be disappointed. We can’t recommend her enough!

Anna helped identify any possible matches for houses in my area and facilitated showings. When we finally found “the one” it was from a very uncooperative seller/agent. Anna worked with them for repairs/changes and additional contract requirements while still keeping the the house within my price range and even managing to close early. It was a battle and I’m glad I had Anna on my side!

We had an urgent sale of our home. Anna perfectly appraised it to put on the market so that we didn’t have to wait. Within the first hour showings were booked and before 24 hours we had received 2 offers. This was exactly what we needed.
