I am a licensed realtor in South Carolina and needed to refer my sister to an agent in Florida. I did some research and after speaking to several agents referred my sister to Tim Worman with Realty One Group Elevate. My sister was looking for an investment property in Saint Augustine for short term rentals. She was not real familiar with the area, coming from out-of state, so when she arrived Tim spent the day showing her around different areas so she could get a feel for the city and narrow down the locations she would be interested in. Tim has a background in home construction, which was one of the reasons I felt confident in referring him. He was able to use that knowledge to help my sister with questions or concerns she had when looking at homes, some of which were over 100 years old. He also had valuable insight regarding the short term rental market in the area. After spending a few days viewing properties my sister found THE house. Tim was on top of the entire process, had excellent negotiation skills, helped throughout the inspection procedures, and kept in close contact with her so she was always informed. My sister was very impressed with Tim's knowledge, professionalism and genuine concern for helping her with every step of the process. My husband and I moved to Florida last year and started searching for a new house. Thanks, to my new work place for connecting me with Anna for the real estate tour for new faculty. During the year a lot of things happened - we were renting and exploring the area. One day we even moved to the search in the Daytona Beach area. Anna was with us -helping to find an agent there. She was very patient and understanding of our needs. We sent so many questions - each time we searched for the houses. We looked for new construction close to the campus and the airport. Anna always updated us on new options, and we did have access to the system. This is where we saw this new house that was posted on that first day. We immediately asked Anna and we are owners of a new house in the heart of the city. Thanks, Anna, for very careful guidance with all the deadlines, no pressure to decide. Anna always explained everything thoughtfully and never said - no or push with when you decide. She went so far as to support and counsel me regarding a concurrent sale of my mother's home which she had no gain from other than being the genuinely good natured person that she is.
