It was a good experience working with Olena selling our house. She is very knowledgeable and gave great tips on preparing the home for the showing. Olena was a great realtor. She answered all of our texts and phone calls. From start to completion of the sale everything was professional. We recently sold our home with Rhonda and we were pleased with the experience. She did know the market around our home and best selling price. If we were to give any feedback, it would be to be more consistent and persistent with buyer agents. We had an offer and felt as if the buyers agent used manipulation into getting what they wanted. Selling our first home, it was new territory. As our agent, we would have appreciated more guidance and persistence to get what we deserved out of our home.

Rhonda was on top of things from the very beginning. She called us before arriving on the first initial visit. She explained everything in great detail on said visit. Afterwards, my wife and I contemplated our options and we liked the approach Rhonda laid out for us. We went forward with Rhonda , and during the process, I asked a lot of questions ( I mean aot). I liked working with Rhonda. She was not pushy and guided me honestly in what I had to get done for the house. As soon as I improved my property as per our discussion, I got an offer within 48 hours. We did not even get a chance to update pictures online. All in all, the process was straightforward and I sold my house. I will go back to her for my next real estate transaction for sure.
