Beth worked out all the kinks and kept us patient and focused while our home was being built. She even double checked the workmanship with my husband during the different stages of development. So when it came time to sell we knew Beth would take care of us. Beth helped us with every little detail, not to mention the weekly updates of foot traffic. The drone photography was unreal...I was so proud to show off our home when people asked. I seriously doubt we could have sold our house so quickly and effortlessly without Beth. Beth was very helpful when we sold our house so we also used her to help us find our dream home! After just a few short weeks of looking for existing homes and new build, we decided to build. During the next 7 months Beth was always there for us. As the building progressed she would take us through the new home for walkthroughs whenever we wanted. Beth is a very good and professional agent to work with! She was able to give us great advice to make sure that our house was ready to be listed and get top dollar. We worked hard painting, decluttering, and adding simple but classy decorating.
