Lacey has been helping us for 2 years. She is absolutely great at communication and really found out what we were looking for, even worked with us when one of us was unavailable to help find us what we wanted. Jeannette Karis extremely exceeded our expectations of a good realtor. From our very first visit she was warm without being obsequious. She never told us what she thought we wanted to hear, but she new the facts and explained the process of selling a home thoroughly. We knew we could trust her implicitly. Often we asked her for her opinion, knowing that her knowledge far exceeded ours. When the time came for us to consider lowering the price of our home, she advised us to wait and see what would transpire in the next few days; this turned out to be extremely beneficial. Even after the closing we encountered a problem that we had no idea how to solve. We turned to Jeannette and she saved the day!
