This property required repairs and some remodeling before going on the market. We did not have the budget for the repairs. We needed a team of professionals who would both fund the repairs and sell the house. Suzanne and her team took on the project. She provided the resources and man power and managed the project from start to finish. She leveraged her extensive network to keep labor and material costs under control. We leaned heavily on Suzanne’s resourcefulness to address additional issues that were uncovered during the repairs. Suzanne and her entire team maintained a positive outlook throughout the entire process. We were very fortunate to have worked with Suzanne and her team.
