This was my first time buying a home, and first experience in becoming a landlord by buying a multi family house. Suzanne and The Dream Team were phenomenal negotiating with the sellers to address issues found during the inspection. They also negotiated a great price! And they helped me get off on the right foot with my new tenants. These guys really are the dream team! Thank you!
