Dan is an excellent agent if you are looking for a house. He tailors the offerings per your requirements, has a good understanding of market and answers any questions you have in a timely and friendly manner. He was also super helpful in guiding us thru the details (what to look for, how to list, screen tenants etc) on buying an investment home that we wanted to rent out. Kasey was hard working and prompt throughout my entire buying process. When a new place popped up on the market that met my criteria, I had a link sent to me within minutes, not hours. When something new came up as we were getting ready to close, she was on the phone with me imediately to help. Her guidance through the process was exactly what I needed as a first time buyer. In the current market it took me 6 months to really find the right place, and she was patient to help without any discouragement! Kasey truly cares about her buyers and will do anything to make sure you get into your perfect home!
