We came to Kasey in sort of a pinch - decided to let an interested party see our home and suddenly found ourselves with an offer and no place to go. Kasey worked tirelessly to help us find what we were looking for. Kasey took the time to listen to what we were looking for, looked at what we sent her and basically made magic happen. Before we knew it, we were touring homes back to back and all the while Kasey continued to look, reach out to people and sent us more listings she thought could be good for us. It was the personal touches that made all the difference - Kasey picking up on ques from my husband based on his phrase of choice, and she’s immediately know that wasn’t for us. It would have been easy for her to accept it wasn’t the house for us and move on, but she took the time to talk to us about what we didn’t like so she could pinpoint what we could avoid in the next. Kasey started in the morning and by the evening she was still sending messages and updates, putting schedules for viewing together. She made buying a house, in a pinch, with 2 kids and 2 dogs so much less stressful than it could have been. Cherry on top - she helped us find a gorgeous home that we look forward to making so many memories in, and we have her to thank.

We found Kassie by chance online and I knew we were a good match after talking with her. We were shopping from out of state and so had house showings via FaceTime. Kassie made sure we got thorough tours of the homes we wanted to see, even on our small screens. The hot market is extremely stressful for a buyer but she made sure we were aware of the conditions of the home and the situations surrounding it. After many weeks and tours and learning what was important to us, Kassie found our house and we knew it from the first picture. The process was a little bumpy but she guided us smoothly to our happy ending. Our new home well exceeds our hopes. We’re so grateful to have had Kassie on the lookout for what will be a place for many memories to come. I’m glad to have Kassie for our realtor and now our friend.
