Liston kept me informed throughout the process. Several issues popped up, but he handled them quickly and resolved them. I will recommend him and use his outstanding services again.

If you want your home sold, don't waste your time with another realtor. Go with Carol and Bill. I did extensive research from Myrtle Beach to Litchfield Beach and the Burchfield team is second to none. My home was in contract in 3 days for a price that was higher than I expected. They are extremely professional, driven and bring that local knowledge you must have from your realtor. My highest recommendation!

Cindy Mader with Realty ONE Group Dockside is great to work with. Not only did she work great with all of our needs and wants in a house, but she provided great insight on location, type of home and price range. Cindy is very responsive and professional. I would recommend Cindy to any and all of my friends and family in the area.

Our listing was not an easy one and took time to find the buyer. Liston persevered and got us through the process and closed! We would have never sold it without his expertise and knowledge !

Cindy knew what I was looking for and when it was not possible for me to meet again in SC, she worked with my grandson. They found house that was very suitable for my needs. She was always eager to please and was very prompt on calling with updates. She always went the extra mile to satisfy my needs. Professional, courteous and I would refer her name to others.

Linda’s knowledge along with her attitude and personality combine to make her an excellent realtor. She listens carefully and has an unique ability to match client with desired property. I thought of lots of questions along the way to our purchase, and she always immediately got back to me, offering the advice, encouragement, and answers I needed. Even after our purchase, she has been interested in knowing that we are happy with our purchase.

Bill and Carol were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were able to find a buyer for my home only three weeks after listing! They were helpful and understanding when guiding me through the process of selling my home and all of the arrangements needed to complete the move. They were friendly, professional, prompt in responding to my questions, and most importantly, they provided assurance through their knowledge of the business. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone seeking an agent in the area.
