Several years ago I interviewed numerous realtors for my elderly parents. Bill and Carol made my parents feel comfortable during the selling of their home in Murrells Inlet. After many years of trying to decide on the purchase of a condo in North Myrtle Beach, this covid year made us aware that this is the time, and in person was not an option. We went out to breakfast and got to know each other I described to them what type of property I was looking for. They told me not to worry they will help me find it. They made me feel confident. Linda was amazing...from our first interaction she was very knowledgeable and responsive. We live in Charlotte so we could not see the condo, but Linda made several trips there to send videos and pictures. She then walked us thru the entire process from inspection to closing. We would recommend her to ANYONE who is looking for a smooth and easy real estate purchase.

The buyer wanted the Smoke detectors replaced so John bought and replaced them for us. Because of the constant storms he kept the walks and porches swept. I would say that is above and beyond the call of duty!
