Anthony was our agent as we purchased and sold a condo in NMB. Followed up by our determination to buy a home close enough but yet far enough away. Rather long process for a real estate agent to endure. Looking at numerous homes and locations, many highs and lows. Pictures that don’t truly represent the house for sale. Working on weekends, dinner hours and marathon of home viewings when one falls sideways at the last minute. Dealing with delays that he did not create nor have any control, yet understanding and empathetic to the circumstances. Knowledge of the area, insight of the things you may not see. Anthony is not the one and done agent, his efforts demonstrate that he will be there for you in the future. Recommendations without a question, you would be hard pressed to find someone better. Imagine a real agent that listens, will share his thoughts - yet wants you to be fully aware before finalizing on such big decisions. Anthony assisted by coordinating with the realtor selling our home out of state. He was known and respected by his peers. That coordination paid off at closing, allowing both closings to occur the same day (as we were driving to our new home in SC.) Sometimes you’re fortunate to find the perfect person for the job. Purchasing in SC we did with Anthony.

After our first showing with Danielle we knew we chose the right realtor. She kept us informed from the start, giving us many options on our relocation journey. Danielle made us realize what we thought we wanted in a new home wasn't really the right decision for us. Danielle was able to see and show us features in multiple properties that we would have overlooked! We kept coming back to one home. It seemed unaffordable, but Danielle made it work for us She was able to show us financing options we were not aware of, plus negotiated a great deal that worked for both us and the seller. We are not saying she was available 24/7 but at times it sure did seem like it! Danielle has great knowledge of this area and its real estate market. We believe without Danielle's experience and help we would have purchased the wrong home for us at this time in our lives.
