What a pleasure to tell you about my experience with Alissa. I met her by referral in 2018. I looked for 5 years to find the home I now live in. Not once did Alissa get irritated or upset by my decisions to keep looking. Five years is a long time to put up with a picky buyer as myself. Alissa was making time for me some years a couple times as I came down to look at homes. She even did contracts up on her family vacations, and or notified sellers real estate agents and or contact my financial banking advisor. Not one detail was too small for her to handle. If I told you all the things that she did on my behalf you'd agree, it was way more that anyone could expect. You cannot go wrong with a team like Charles and Annette! We purchased a condo in Myrtle Beach and sold a different condo with their help. They both are very professional yet so friendly.
