I am from OH and wanted to purchase a home in SC. I googled realters and once I mentioned a 1031 exchange nobody wanted to take the time. I finally found Mary and she sent information right away. I went to SC and her son showed me houses for 3 days! I made an offer and bought the house. Mary put me at ease and made sure to walk me through every step of the way. Anything that I needed she immediately took care of. I highly recommend using her!!

Buying our first home was made easy with the help of our vivacious realtor Heather Kerstetter. She was consistently on time, flexible, and shared all eminent information she knew regarding the homes we viewed. All of the questions we had were answered and if Heather by chance did not know she went and found out. We are more than pleased with our experience and could not have chosen a better realtor ourselves.

Yanna has been a true inspiration working with her on my out of State Move from Central PA to Myrtle Beach, SC. She got to work with showing us multiple homes right away on a moment notice in different areas and big help keeping focused on our goals in a new home. She was always super on it always having foresight to take initiative avoiding any mis steps with her expertise with her very friendly outgoing personality with great energy. She consistently checked with us to make sure we understood everything that was going on and next steps and followed up after each step. I highly suggest working with Yanna. I have been in mortgage business over 15 years and can honestly say she is one of the best ever worked with. Whole process was outstanding!!!

I am a Realtor in another state, and I stumbled on Frank several months before I was ready to buy a vacation house. I know I could have done it alone in theory but, honestly, he made it happen! I had a HUGE range and he understood, didn't get frustrated and hit the ground running. I had dreams of buying in one certain neighborhood and he even got contact information of all owners, researched the HOA, did video tours, took measurements, everything! If you want someone that will work for you, is always reachable, and is in tune with the market... just call him! You will not be sorry!
