David and I are over the moon with the service that we had received from Amberly. She responds quickly and delivers results. She caught a few mistakes from the listing agent and got it fixed before sending it over to us to sign. When putting in an offer, she did a comp comparison and told us that we should offer less than what we were going to offer.
