Because we had already moved out of state when the house went on the market, Lusine checked on the house regularly. She was able to solicit a neighbors help upon discovering a leaking toilet which was corrected very quickly to prevent any damage. She also provided several recommendations for repair people and for attorneys for closing. Lusine was a big help in navigating us through all the e-documents also. A big thanks to Lusine!

Heather did an amazing job selling our house. She was our buyer's agent when we relocated from Pennsylvania and did a great job then, so of course we wanted to use her again for our sale.
