I will recommend Diana 110 percent she guided us through this whole process with professional assistance. She is very knowledgeable and the area and the process. We felt totally comfortable and confident with her as our agent. She explained the process to us gave us the options and guidance. I never felt rushed or uneasy she always made the time for us. Also she is super responsive. We have had many realtors in the past and they don’t even come close to the job that she did for us. I had the best home buying experience with Nyla! We had contacted a realtor to help us buy a home, we needed to find one asap, and the first realtor we contacted took several days to even offer showing us a house. We decided to contact Nyla, who showed us “THE” house that same day! Tammy did an excellent job during this sale, the photographer she hired for the pictures did an incredible job and Tammy was great at communicating with us the entire time, as well as working with potential buyers and their realtors to get all information across to them as needed. She also really stepped up to help us once we were under contract to get through closing with a very difficult buyer. 10/10 I would absolutely hire Tammy again in the future

Jason made every effort to make this purchase as seamless and comfortable as possible. Texts, emails and phone calls were exchanged on a regular basis. Jason was always quick to respond with an answer or advice. We are from out of state. Real estate transactions are very different from state to state and he guided us every step of the way. We didn’t have a RE agent when we sold our house in NY and when problems arose Jason brainstormed with us helping us come up with possible resolutions reminding us many times that we needed to follow up with our attorney to be sure since his license doesn’t allow him to do business in NYS. Since we were in NY for the actual closing Jason did the final walk through for us making sure everything in the house was in order before we signed documents. After closing and before we headed to SC , we asked Jason for information regarding local contractors in order to get estimates for some work we wanted done before we moved in. Jason not only provided us with the information but took his time to meet contractors at our house. He explained to them what we wanted done and made sure we got the information we needed. He even made arrangements when the contractor was ready to start! Jason is a very likable guy! Easy to talk to even sharing stories about his family! However, the most important thing we can say about Jason is we would not hesitate to call him if we have the occasion to sell or purchase another property! Jason served us and met our needs “to the 9’s!”

Nora came highly recommended to us when we were ready to sell our condo. She is extremely knowledgeable, she provided valuable recommendations to get the property ready for the MLS listing and set realistic expectations for the timing of the entire process. Nora quickly exceeded expectations by negotiating and delivering a full ask offer within 10 days from the list date. She delivered a signed contract with 11 other comparable units in our development on the MLS. I was an out of state buyer that had the great opportunity to work with Ryan , I gave Ryan my needs and I was able to narrow my choices very easily based on the options he presented me through email. On 6/16 I met with Ryan for the first time in Murrells inlet and Ryan had lined up my top choices for viewing I was able to make a decision and placed an offer with Ryan’s assistance which included a quick close “two weeks “ which we were able to agree to with the seller.
