I engaged Mr. Knutzen twice in the last four years. When I bought property in Long Beach four years ago I engaged him to assist in the purchase. Impressed by his knowledge of the local market, ability to give good and straight forward advice, personal integrity, ability to communicate clearly, and competence, I reengaged him to assist in the sale of that same property. Were I to again consider making a real estate transaction in Long Beach or surrounding area, I would, without any reservation, select Mr Knutzen as my agent.

In this hard market, Cindi was a dream to work with. She went above and beyond to get us in an amazing home that met our needs and our short time frame we were working with.

Doug was a great buyer’s representative, guiding us through and advocating for our interests. He has a deep knowledge of this area and it’s quirks as regards zoning, permitting and weather issues. I highly recommend him and his services.

We've used Cindi twice now--once when we purchased and once when we sold. I cannot recommend her more highly!! She is super knowledgeable regarding the peninsula and will go the extra mile to make sure that your needs are met. Don't hesitate to work with her!

My house sat on the market for over 18 months… I moved over to Cindy and she helped me through everything, from professional pictures to setting up the right things for open house. My home sold in under 2 days with a backup offer. She is the best! If you’re looking for an agent who will sell your home, pick her!

Doug Knutzen is a multi-talented realtor. He has owned businesses, he knows the market, the community and is a very strong advocate for his clients. He is knowledgeable and extremely capable. A beloved member of this community, Doug gives back generously. His very dry sense of humor, is welcome in the current real estate market. I would recommend Doug to anyone needing a really smart and honest realtor.

Working with Cindi was a breeze! Any questions, concerns, or issues that I faced in the home buying process she was willing and ready to give information and help face the problem head on. A very honest and kind person that is willing to help in a time that can be very stressful for some is such an advantage. Realestate is her job, but at the end when you have successfuly got into your new home she is just as happy for you as you are excited. Cindi is a wonderful agent and I will and have recomended her services to people in the future. Thanks cindi!
