Angela was great with her Information and knowledge. She was very upfront and didn’t feel like she was just there to make money. She paid attention to our needs and wants. With how quickly things happened you can tell she had our best interest at heart. She gave us both side to everything based on her experience from the seller and buyer side it helped us understand what’s all happening. We had a good time seeing houses with her. She’s very funny and outgoing and make the house shopping process not stressful at all. it was a fun and pleasurable experience. when it’s time to get stuff done she will do what it takes to get it done and make sure you close. We had Danielle show us fixer uppers. Some had cobwebs hanging thickly on the walls and most had overgrown foliage. She pointed out the pros and cons of each property and stuck with us until we found the perfect property. We went from Edgewood to Los lunas and she was always patient and gracious. Dan went far beyond what we expected in finding our new home. As we were out of state, everything was virtual, and he provided video with input and pointed out possible issues of each home. Once we narrowed down the choice, he helped put together winning offers and jumped right on getting all the inspections we needed. Dan is a true professional gnosis business. We were in Illinois could not see the houses that he would go see and film each house that we wanted to see. He would send these to us and we would make a choice from these. He would tell us if there was something wrong and that this house would not be good for us. When we finally saw the house, the before signing the next day, we fell in love. Dan knows his clients and he cares a lot to make sure they are in the right home. He picked ours perfectly.
