I am so glad that my Realtor is Ralph Wintersberger with Maddox Realtors and that I used him to sell my home. Ralph gave me the advice and direction, I needed, to prepare my home for sale by suggesting what needed to be fixed, replaced and cleaned. After taking care of the list of items and my home was listed, we had three showings and two offers in the first day! I accepted an offer, at list price, and we closed only three weeks later. I was truly impressed! Even the Buyers and their Realter were happy. I would most definitely recommend Ralph to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Albuquerque. He is a true professional.

Ralph wintersberger was professional, educated, and well-connected! When we had trouble with mortgage he recommended a wonderful new mortgage company for us who got us approval and thus brought us to the conclusion of a new home! Ralph was a joy to work with and I would recommend him to any of my family and friends!

Peggy was simply phenomenal. Working under exceptional circumstances (we were out of state and under a time-crunch to buy a home), she always responded quickly, and we felt like a priority. As first-time home buyers, she took time to explain the process of purchasing a home. We really felt that she wanted to help us find the best fit, and not just get us into a home as fast as she could. We appreciated that she didn't pressure us into buying a home. Overall, we highly recommend Peggy.

From start to finish Bernadette was extremely professional and super responsive in both the sale of my existing home and the purchase of my new home. Her knowledge of the business and attention to detail made what would normally be a stressful situation into a smooth and seamless transition. She proved to be a very trusted agent and I was always confident in her guidance and advice. I highly recommend Bernadette as your next agent and have no doubt she will make your next home sale or purchase a great experience!

Simply the BEST!!!! We connected on line when I was looking for homes. I was quite surprised that after an evening search of homes for sale I received two email responses and a call the very next morning. We arrived from out of sate and were promptly driven to numerous homes to view- she did this twice for us. We felt as tho we were her only clients, all calls were answered immediately. We really enjoyed working with her. She is a very dedicated woman, well versed in local real estate. We would highly recommend her.

Jena Vasquez is extremely organized and on top of things. I am OCD when it comes to organization and follow up, I recommend Jena Vasquez to anyone who is a stickler to attention to detail and timeliness. She made my home buying process amazing, especially since I was doing this for the first time on my own.

Peggy is an amazing realtor! She does everything in her power to find exactly what you’re looking for. She is great at staying on top of the whole process and will help as much as she can even if it means watching your 2 kids while signing paperwork. She made buying and selling our house exciting and fun when it can be scary and stressful. We would highly recommend Peggy! She is truly amazing!

Highly likely to recommend 5.0 4/7/2019 - user8190900 Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in River's edge, Rio rancho, NM. Jena is absolutely fantastic. She worked miracles to get us into houses that we wanted to see but were on short notice. She is a joy to work with. She was able to negotiate the price of our new home to where we wanted to be. She is a joy to work with, never rushed and always eager to show properties we wanted to see. We would definitely use Jena again She is absolutely fantastic. We just loved working with her.

Ralph went out of his way and above what his job was. Always answered in a timely manner and helped me through a very stressful time.

Peggy helped us price and get our house ready for the market. The house sold quickly. The other realtor was absolutely lousy on the paperwork side so Peggy basically did both the realtor's jobs and got the house closed on time. She went well above and beyond to make sure our sale went off with out a hitch. I totally recommend her because of her professionalism and also for her great personality and ease to work with.
