Peggy was wonderful to work with to purchase my first home with my fiancé. She was very easy to get in touch with and communicated with us throughout the entire process. She was patient when we were looking at houses and pointed out things that would need work. Since we will probably be looking to upgrade to a larger house in the future, She kept potential resale value in mind. I am so glad that my Realtor is Ralph Wintersberger with Maddox Realtors and that I used him to sell my home. Ralph gave me the advice and direction, I needed, to prepare my home for sale by suggesting what needed to be fixed, replaced and cleaned.
