Both conditions made home buying challenging, but Naomi made the process as painless as it could be. She coordinated virtual tours, remote signing, and even helped us check in on the house after we closed but before we could move in.Naomi proved again and again to us that she is well organized, a great facilitator, reliable, and honest. She was always on top of all the deadlines, paperwork, and following up with all the different players (mortgage company, sellers, title, etc.). She always made time to patiently listen to all our questions and answer them to the best of her knowledge. I really appreciate that if she didn't know the answer to a question she would follow up and figure out the answer, rather than making something up.The last thing I'll add is that Naomi gracefully receives feedback. If you think something can be better, just tell her, and she'll use your feedback to improve. I would highly recommend Naomi.

We needed to list our old home right as the Covid stay-at-home orders were ramping up, and no open houses were permitted. Victoria and Ryan came up with great listing strategies, brought us multiple full price offers the first week, and made sure the sale went as easily as possible. Victoria’s skillful listing photography was particularly helpful when people were primarily home-shopping online. During an uncertain time, the Shaws’ experience, ethics and market knowledge really shone.

Our house listed the day before the COVID-19 lockdown went into effect. Soon after, the California Realtors Association banned all open houses and individual showings by realtors. In the midst of these disastrous circumstances, Victoria and Ryan persisted in effective marketing of our property, resulting in several favorable offers. They worked cooperatively with the buyer’s agent to resolve minor concerns, and even went so far as to help us find homes for furnishings we were unable to take with us. This last matter turned out to be critical as we were unable to make donations to Goodwill since the organization had closed for the lockdown.
