The sale of our home was the easiest transaction we’ve have experienced so far. Mina was there every step of the way. She went so far as to spend couple of days with me to help me clean out and organize my pantry and bedroom closets so they would look nice when we showed the house. And then right before the new owners took over the house she came over and spent time with me to make sure everything was spic and span for the new people. They got an offer for our house in just a few days that was over our asking price. This was due in no small part to them knowing just what to do to get the house ready for market. Once we were in contract, Vicky was johnny-on-the-spot dealing with the buyer's agent and the lender. She pressed to stay on the timeline and keep moving towards an on-time close. When things came up, as they always do, she was clear in communicating what was going on and what we could do to push the process along. We sold our home above market value and in as-is condition with no contingencies or credits, and can attribute this to Mina’s hard work and grit. Our home had a fair amount of deferred maintenance but an ideal location and lot size for the neighborhood. Mina “warned” us that when we entered into contract with her that she would be an unstoppable force in preparing, showing, and selling the home. This is exactly what we got! Mina and her family descended on the house in force and poured many hours of labor into the house and yard. She and her family committed long days of labor and it paid off.
