I would highly recommend Margo! I was looking for a realtor in the Rosemont area of Sacramento to assist us with the sale our rental home. Melissa was vital to my success in a very competitive Sacramento market. As a first time home buyer, I relied heavily on her knowledge of the area and the business to make sure I got the best value possible. I was focused on the Elk Grove and Pocket market, both which are in high demand. Based on what I was reading online, I was expecting a long drawn out process of bidding wars. Instead, Melissa was able to find me a great 3 bed, 2 bath Pocket home in just three offers. For our first two offers, she was still able to get me into the runoffs despite having over a dozen offers per home. Melissa is able to leverage a large network of connections in the region to find buying opportunities, to figure out how much the home is worth and what it will take to get the deal done. On our winning offer, I thought about going even higher but Melissa made sure I didn't overspend. We ended up coming in right at appraisal. Throughout the process, Melissa was extremely responsive and made sure I understood what was happening each step of the way. She is also very good at identifying possible issues in the home. In one tour, she identified a tree root growing under the foundation which could end up being very costly. In the end, I credit Melissa's attention to detail, network, and persistence in getting me in the home I have today.
