He knew the perfect price to list the house at which brought a lot of traffic within the first weekend and multiple offers within the first 5 days of the house being on the market. He always offered to help with everything on the house including cleaning and repairs. Even with a few bumps in the road during the inspections, he made everything work and worked to make the sale go through. I sincerely appreciate all of his efforts.
