Steph was amazing her back ground in Electrical gives her a fuller understanding when viewing a home. Which as a first time homebuyer was very appreciated. Her response time was impeccable and her straight forward communication style was needed in the high pressure market of 2021. Honestly if it wasn’t for her tenacity I don’t think we would have gotten our home we were so glad to have her in our corner.

Stephanie was a DREAM to work with! I don’t even know where to begin! Normally selling and buying a home can be so stressful and agents are so busy you sometimes don’t feel heard or important.. or maybe even a burden. Steph has a lot of clients because she’s so amazing at what she does, yet she makes you feel like you’re her only one because of the time & attention she gives you! I have no idea how she does it.. she’s a literal super woman! I have yet to see an agent so hands on every single step of the way! Stephanie staged my house perfectly, she was painting, filling holes, installing fans, she moved things, cleaned things, she packed things, she watched my kids 😂, she handled my dogs, she ran errands for us, she prayed for us multiple times, she was so patient, so understanding, so helpful, so FUN to be around, she’s hilarious too! She GENUINELY cares about what’s in YOUR best interest, not hers. This woman has a heart of GOLD and anyone who has worked with her or knows her would agree! She went over and above and beyond in ALL THE WAYS. Both in showing my house and while she took us to view a million other homes. 🙈 Oh and she closed our sale like a BOSS. 🙌🏼 If you’re considering working with her, do it!!! it’ll be a huge blessing! ❤️

My situation was unique. My husband and I rented the property we purchased but the owner was also selling 2 other properties that all had to close at the same time for a 1031 exchange. Steph went above and beyond to help make it a smooth sale for us by helping out the landlord, who was also the seller’s agent for all 3 properties. She was always available to answer our questions and was able to put my husband at ease with his concerns. This isn’t our forever home, so we will definitely be using Steph again when it comes time for us to sell this house and buy our next.
