My situation was unique. My husband and I rented the property we purchased but the owner was also selling 2 other properties that all had to close at the same time for a 1031 exchange. Steph went above and beyond to help make it a smooth sale for us by helping out the landlord, who was also the seller’s agent for all 3 properties.
