Sheila is unlike other realtors, and we have worked with a few. She is sharp, discerning, honest, and knows her stuff. On the buying side- she was always quick to send us info and show homes we were interested in, and would point out things we may have missed even if it meant we wouldn’t be buying that home, earning our trust. She got to know us and truly understood what we were seeking. She told us about the house we ultimately purchased before it came to market, and once we saw it in person we knew she was right. Without her, we never would have looked at the house because the pictures weren’t good, but it ended up being exactly what we wanted. She also kept us out of a lot of the stressful back and fourth drama with the sellers, which we appreciated, and worked hard to get us a fair transaction. We never felt rushed at viewings, and she was kind and patient with our young kids. On the selling end, she was just as good. She knows her stuff and prices accordingly.
