Nikki blew us out of the water! We sold our current house/ bought a new one in different counties and we were blown away by how hard Nikki worked to get both houses closed in the same week. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible on us as we got married in the middle of our escrow, and even closed both properties before our honeymoon (under 40 day escrow on both!). She was patient with us, quick to respond, and had all the answers to our questions along the way. She was incredible to work with and we will always refer people to Nikki!

Dena did everything to make sure we got everything that we wanted from selling our house, and gave amazing input and opinions along the way to make sure we made the most informed decision! She NEVER pressured us, and made sure all of the ducks were in a row, so when we wanted to list early, she was ready! She gave us moving boxes, 3 signs, and listings everywhere. Dena Burhans is AMAZING! She was highly recommended by my friend and she did not disappoint! Dena is professional, very knowledgeable, and so friendly that I felt we were friends upon meeting. Dena went ABOVE and BEYOND to make my home purchase and move stress free. She helped me prepare documents for my departure rental, and found a car load of used moving boxes for me! Those are just two of many things outside of a realtor’s job that she offered to do for me, without me even asking. She is quick to respond by email, text, or phone. Arlene and Brenda at Gated Realty are the best in the Real Estate game! They are professional, knowledgable, friendly, assertive, problem solvers, and care about their clients! They took the time to understand what we wanted and needed in buying/selling our homes! We went into Escrows 5 times and they held our hands through every transaction with a positive mindset and patience! They always looked out for our best interests in mind and never pressured us to do anything we did not want to do! They assured us that our dream home was still out there and they were right! This is my second home that Dena Burhans has listed. She will be my realtor until she retires! Dena is accurate, efficient, and she knows the market. During the process of selling my home, if I had a question ( I always have questions) she quickly answers and/or resolves issues. Usually the same day.
