Margo was recommended to me as a RE agent with many years of local area experience. I know little about the real estate market, so when it came time to sell my home I pretty much put my trust in Margo to advise me on how to reasonably prep the property for the market (updates and staging), what price to list at based on current market data, and when to list and have the initial open house for the best first impressions. Margo’s strategy netted several competitive offers in the few days after the early open house. At the time stated per the listing for reviewing offers, a last minute private showing produced a call from a buyer agent. Margo’s “Magic” on that call brought in an 11th hour deal at several thousand dollars over asking! The closing was clean and nearly painless mostly due to Margo’s depth of knowledge of the process and requirements. Margo is a solid professional who knows the business. She will be representing me as a local area buyer!

I would recommend Hazuki to anyone. We needed to move out of the South Bay from it’s increasing rent, but our income was all coming from our small business with only customers in the Bay Area. Hence we was very nervous to leave everything and start new as well as first time buyers. Hazuki’s keen sense of what we needed was evident from the start. We gained confidence to follow through with buying a house due to her hard work narrowing a list of prospect homes. She never gave up until we got exactly what fit us. When looking for a home I had so many requirements that the process was taking awhile. Caitlyn was so amazing and presented me with so many amazing options. The house I actually purchased was a little above my initial budget the first time we went to look at it. I immediately loved it but we both understood it was too expensive. All while Caitlyn was showing me other houses that I liked she was also staying in contact with the selling agent and making progress to get the house I loved into a range I could afford. Making that offer was one of the most exciting and scary moments of my life and Caitlyn was there to talk me through it. Her support made the entire process so much more manageable. She’s the best!

He worked around my schedule, let me know what to expect, let me vent a little and got me 10% more than I thought I would get from the sale. Call John. Seriously. Give him a call.

Sunny was a very good realtor and the services she provided far exceeded my expectations. When we initially looked at the house it was closed and we couldn't gain access because it had just gone into the foreclosure process. We seriously wanted to buy the house. So Sunny kept the house on her radar - for several weeks. As soon as the house went back on the market she notified us. When we went to look at the house it was swarmed by a score of interested parties. Sunny consulted us on our offering price, wrote up the offer and shepherded it through the process. Margo is a real go-getter. I found her to be persistent, professional, totally focused on the goal of getting me my new home. This is the second time Margo Kelly has helped me buy a home. The first time was complicated because I had to go overseas right when we were in the middle of the transaction, and she handled everything, sending me emails, faxes, etc. This second time she was very efficient, professional, knowledegable and a pleasure to work with-- the same great service as the first time, but without the long-distance issues.
