Kim helped us purchase our lakeside retirement house. Her communication was superb. She kept us up-to-date with properties as they became available, got us details about them, told us valuable information about the lakes on which the properties were located, and scheduled virtual showings being we live in ND. Kim was very knowledgeable about the process from start to finish and gave us her professional opinion when asked. She sent us documents to sign via email, which helped keep the process moving. Kim recommended people for radon testing and the home inspection who were very thorough, timely, and professional. She also gave us suggestions of services to use for various issues. Kim also arranged some furniture for us, helped deliver it, and her husband waited at the house while our beds were being delivered so we could go sign paperwork. Kim was the perfect realtor to help us find our dream home.

My experience with purchasing my first home was great! I feel like the agent was knowledgeable about the market and the budget I had in mind for my first purchase.
