My experience with purchasing my first home was great! I feel like the agent was knowledgeable about the market and the budget I had in mind for my first purchase. We looked at a variety of single family homes in the twin city metro area which is what I had in mind. Overall it was a positive experience and I felt like my agent did a good job.

Terri is a true professional. She knows the market, how to properly prepare your home for sale, how to market it and keeps you informed of progress. She was also our agent for finding our new home and kept us informed of possibilities. Being out of state during our “house hunting” time, she was always available to FaceTime with us to view the homes. She knew our likes and actively searched for just the right home. Kim is the best. I would not hesitate to call her with any real estate purchase or sale. She worked up some comparables for our home sale that were spot on, and really helped the negotiation process.
