Ken was an enormous help throughout the entire process. From the initial meeting to turning the keys over he was always there to help us. Not once did he fail to return a phone call within a few minutes no matter what time or day of the week. I lost track of the number of homes in our neighborhood we walked thru. Ken was always on time, greeted us with a smile, and was completely prepared for a long day of showings. Never did we feel pressured for time during this phase of the process. If anyone has applied for a mortgage recently you are aware how arduous that process can be. When I was struggling with getting across the finish line Ken was there to assist.
