From the start Braden instantly made us feel comfortable and that our needs were the priority. We were not quite ready when we first met, but he stuck by us until we were. When we did find the home we wanted we still felt we were not ready but he encouraged us to go for it. Thankfully we listened to him. He dilengently worked to connect us to the loan officers, financial advisors, and titling companies that were best for us. They were all thorough and he was beside us through the whole process. Braden touched base with us on a regular basis. During the closing I would not have wanted anyone else in our corner. Trying to sum up how amazing Ken is in 2,000 characters is going to be tough! We decided on a whim to go look at houses, first realtor didn’t seem to want to help, so I reached out to Ken and he had us going to see houses that evening! He gave us all the info, went back and forth with the shady people, got us a ton of incentives, fought for us, dealt with all of my craziness and made the whole buying experience calming. Ken and his family helped us find peace and gave us some friends along the way. I truly appreciate everything him and his wife have done and still continue to do. Words cannot express my experience with JJ so this is a hard review to write. He was so incredible from the first moment I called him. His problem solving skills, knowledge, communication, everything was extraordinary. He always had my best interest at heart and always communicated that. Every step of the way he made sure I was comfortable and happy with our purchase. He has amazing negotiation skills and professional tact when talking with sellers. I am stubborn, specific, and VERY particular so that fact that JJ not only accomplished making this such a great experience, he also accomplished giving me exactly what I wanted, which in my opinion was a hard thing to do. Any time I was concerned, confused, or just needed to talk things through, he was there. He never left me hanging, not once. I worked with many real estate agents for my family members in the past and they do not even come close to comparing to JJ. Every one of them I can tell you pros and a list of cons, but with JJ, there are no cons. I genuinely cannot think of a single one through the entire process. If you want a real estate agent that will actually listen to what you want and your concerns, fight for you, answer every question, share invaluable knowledge along the way, find the best deal and make it even better than you thought it could be, literally be by your side every step of the way, call you after your purchase and make sure you are happy and settled in good, then JJ is the right person for you. JJ is my real estate agent for life! If I sell, I will call him, if I buy, you guessed it, JJ is my first call! I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for JJ. We had a great experience working with Robin. She was very knowledgeable about the area where we used to live. She was always reachable even on her vacation times.
