I am a first time home buyer and was so grateful for all the experience JJ was able to provide. Karen McDonald was a very detail oriented Real-estate Agent. Karen when through the whole house and outdoor spaces to make sure that we staged the house to the best advantage. The pictures that were taken captured the house perfectly. She knowledgably negotiated through the several offers that we had. She constantly kept us informed of everything happening. I was completely satisfied and would definitely hire her again to either buy or sell a house. I would certainly recommend her to anyone.

Veronica was SO knowledgeable and patient with our home buying process! For starters, she showed us over 100 houses in a two and a half month period. At every single house we viewed she gave us her honest, professional opinion and never once was pushy on any property. She pointed out the good things and the bad things at every property so we would have all the guidance and information to make a decision on our first home purchase! On top of showing us every single house we were interested in over such a short period of time she also stuck around for our "unique" home buying process. We went through a home buying program with NACA and this process involved a lot more hurdles and frustrations outside of the normal home buying process. Veronica stuck with us, helped guide/coach us on how to handle bumps in the road with NACA and our seller with such ease. Most importantly her communication with us and the seller was PERFECT! Without her we most likely would have lost the home we ended up purchasing. We are so thankful for all of Veronica's hard work and would absolutely recommend her to ANYONE! She made purchasing our first home so easy and so much fun. She is AMAZING!
