I was connected with Mike through my mortgage company. Mike was very responsive to my requests with calls, texts & emails. During potential purchase walk-throughs, he would point out both pros and cons of the property based on my criteria. He is a great negotiator and helped me get a good deal with all repairs on my purchase. I used Mike to sell my house as well - which sold in 2 days. He clearly knows the ins and outs of the process and I was very comfortable with him. Mike also knows lots of home improvement contacts that have been great and saved me money.

Dan was very helpful and patient with us in our search, He constantly updated us when new homes popped up on the market and took us to tour them any time we wanted, he put a lot of effort into his offer letters to make us stand out from other offers ,and when one of our offers was accepted he continued to work with us and help us through the financial process and make sure we knew what to do to get approved, he even helped take care of some of the home repairs and services himself to ensure the home would pass the strict VA inspection and be approved for VA funding. It was a lot of work and Dan stuck with us the whole way! The other realtors I’ve met would not have been able to get us into the home we have now. Only Dan! He is a great realtor and very helpful!

Dan listened to what I was looking for and not looking for. He was always upfront and honest with me when looking at houses, and didnhis best to keep the list of what we viewed to what I was looking for. He respected my budget, needs and time, and for that he got my absolute attention and respect back. Even after moving in, he came and assisted me with the water pressure in the new house. He handled all the contact with the listing agent, and was always ready to give advice when asked.

Not only has Rachel then my agent for the purchase of two homes she also sold two homes for me she goes over and beyond trying to get your house sold she goes to extreme lengths to make your experience with her real estate agency to sell your house I would still have used her only I moved out of town I am now in Tennessee but if I were ever to move back to Arizona I would definitely use Rachel again
