The current housing market is far from a buyers market and can be extremely stressful for first time buyers - but Rob made it easy for us. Being a first time home owner in a difficult real estate market was not easy. But with Desmond's proactive work, we were able to check out houses within our criteria every week and really understand our options in the DMV area. He frequently asked for feedback after showings to learn more about our needs and further refine the search. Once we found homes that we love, Desmond was quick into action to make the buying process move forward and put together a competitive offers. Even when our bids did not win, it was always a learning process and eventually we made the next step into the ratification.
