He is very knowledgeable about the local area and the home-buying process, helped us put offers together, and educated us - first time home buyers - about what to look for in a home. In just a few weeks, we went from being completely clueless to pretty much knowing what we wanted in a home, all thanks to Desmond. He is very accommodating - sometimes booked tours instantly when we had just told him about a new listing and was always responsive to answer all our questions. He was a pleasure to work with and assisted us through all steps of the home buying process - from scheduling tours, to finding the best listings, to putting together offers, gathering information from the seller’s agent, everything, all through closing.
