Simply put, Denise was a god send! She is not only extremely knowledgable, she is professional and easy to get a long with. Denise has excellent communication skills and I never had to worry about knowing the status of the sale of my home. In addition, she is extremely sharpe and picks up on details that many others don't. To give you some background, my town home was on the market for 5 months and I had zero offers. My house was fully updated and I knew the house was not the issue. I took my home off the market and started searching for a new realtor.
