He organized swiftly to point out certain improvement that needed to be done and introduced me to a skillful contractor who set up a list at a reasonable price that I could afford. The project finished on time and the result was a superb renewal. We received an offer before the first open house and we had a total of three contract offers in that first weekend. We accepted a contract in the second week, choosing one out of a total of five. Desmond responses to questions and requests very quickly. He is experienced and thorough in handling the procedures. He is indeed very hard working, responsible and a well mannered young man.
