Jill was very easy to work with. Her expertise was top notch! She was very prompt with getting back to us and answered every question we came across. She knows the market and was very fair. Would recommend her or any of her colleagues at Realty ONE Group Caliber. Thank you so much for having compassion and understanding during this process! We appreciate everything you have done for us!

We’ve lived in our home for 20 years, and decided to take a new step. We contacted Jill and we were off! She explained to us what to do to get our home ready. She explained the market and our home was something the market needed, which was a big relief to us. Jill made all the paperwork easy to understand and never hesitated to explain something if we had questions. Overall I just can’t say enough good things about Jill, and how easy she was to work with.

Was trying to sell our house all summer. With another realtor, and was recommended to use Jill. She came in and 3 weeks later we where getting offers on our house. Once an offer was accepted the process went smooth from there on out. Jill was a tremendous help and cant say enough good things about her! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in ND or MT.

Since this was a Freddie Mac sale, there are a lot of moving parts. Jill handled all questions and concerns from both sides as we navigated through the process. As always, there were a few holdups, but Jill kept us on task and moving. I really appreciated knowing Jill had our back.

Jill was very professional and efficient. Always returned my correspondence in a timely manner and answered our questions. Jill is the first person I will call for my next real estate purchase or sale.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sherisa as my real estate agent, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first meeting, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect property. She was always available to answer my questions and provided insightful advice at every step. What impressed me the most was her ability to listen to my needs and preferences, ensuring that the properties she showed me were aligned with what I was looking for. Her dedication and commitment to finding the right fit for me were truly remarkable.

We just bought our first home and knew very little about the process. Sherisa had an immeasurable patience with us and went absolutely above and beyond with every detail that we should know about the home buying process. Her expertise in the real estate market was evident even from our first frightful house viewing/meeting. She was very professional, approachable, and reliable. Her guidance and advices made our home buying process a lot less daunting. Throughout our home buying process, she was incredibly communicative. She was always easy to contact no matter the time or day, and always kept us informed about every development. Sherisa stayed in touch with us from Day One to Closing Day and made sure everything was completely perfect. She even had our new house deep cleaned before our closing day as her welcome home gift to us. Yay! That's so nice and generous of her. And as of writing this review (2 weeks after moving in), she's still checking on us about how we are settling in our new home. We will be forever grateful to Sherisa. And will definitely recommend her to our friends and colleagues who will need real estate assistance in the future. Absolutely 10,000/10! Thank you so much, Sherisa! You're the BEST!

Samantha was so wonderful to work with! Hands down the best person Ive worked with in Williston. We’ve heard all kinds of horror stories dealing with real-estate, so we braced ourselves for the worst. Samantha made the process so smooth and easy. It was like taking candy from a baby. My family and I are forever grateful for her help in finding our new home!
