We just bought our first home and knew very little about the process. Sherisa had an immeasurable patience with us and went absolutely above and beyond with every detail that we should know about the home buying process. Her expertise in the real estate market was evident even from our first frightful house viewing/meeting. She was very professional, approachable, and reliable. Her guidance and advices made our home buying process a lot less daunting. Throughout our home buying process, she was incredibly communicative. She was always easy to contact no matter the time or day, and always kept us informed about every development. Sherisa stayed in touch with us from Day One to Closing Day and made sure everything was completely perfect. She even had our new house deep cleaned before our closing day as her welcome home gift to us. Yay! That's so nice and generous of her. And as of writing this review (2 weeks after moving in), she's still checking on us about how we are settling in our new home. We will be forever grateful to Sherisa. We cannot speak highly enough about Sherisa. If you're looking to buy a home in North Dakota, she is the best in the business. We knew nothing about buying a home and 1000 questions later, she answered them all and we were confident in our purchase. She guided us through every step of the way. She went above and beyond when we ran into issues getting some documents from the ARMY for a VA Loan. We bought our home while in the NICU with our preemie for a month, so to say this was a stressful time would be an understatement, well Sherisa made everything so easy for us. She was ready to come to Minot to pick up our earnest money, she showed us houses via FaceTime, she was amazing at negotiating with the Seller. Now as we sit in our first home enjoying that the process is finally over and we have a lovely place to call home, we can't help but thank Sherisa for helping us get here. She even had our yard mowed for us on closing day. Just a great experience and now a good friend.
